Two things in life I have always liked; video games and football.
A brief history of Pat
Hey there! I am an artist, educator (and now content producer) who has worked in Hobart (nipaluna), Melbourne (Naarm), and Corryong (Cooyong) on the border of Victoria and New South Wales. I currently live and work in London at a leading independent school doing digital content production!
I went to RMIT and completed an Honours degree in Photography, and also had a fun time studying Photojournalism at the Danish School of Media and Journalism. My interests lie in the capacity of photographs, videos, and archival materials to affect, create atmosphere, and resonate.
During the pandemic, I was stuck with my family and caught up in the ordinariness of things. I used photography as an outlet to bring us closer together when I moved home in 2020. This became my Honours degree body of work alongside my thesis.
At the beginning of 2021, I packed up my life and moved to the border of Victoria and New South Wales to teach Visual Art and Design at a remote school. I did this while studying a Master of Teaching at the University of Melbourne.
In 2024, I moved to London and transitioned into a marketing position within a school’s trust, which allows me to tell stories across three independent schools in Central London.
